Mounir Gourja
Mounir GOURJA is the co-founder and CEO of Burj Education, a company that provides personalized support and guidance to students seeking higher education opportunities in the UAE, Qatar, USA, and other top destinations.
With a strong engineering background and education from the prestigious Ecole des Mines in France, Mounir has honed his skills over the years working for top companies such as Eiffage, Airbus, and Hilti as a project and program manager. His entrepreneurial mindset and creative approach to problem-solving, combined with his strong leadership skills, have been instrumental in the success of Burj Education. With a decade of hands on experience consulting not-for-profit organizations in the education sector, Mounir has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by students and universities alike.
His passion for education and commitment to providing quality education services have made Burj Education a trusted name in the industry.

Dounia Chraibi
Dounia Gourja is the co-founder and VP of Burj Education, she is a seasoned media professional with a decade of experience at Forbes Middle East, where she focused on education media and events management. She obtained an MBA in Dubai and holds a degree in finance and marketing from Ecole National De Commerce et Gestion (ENCG) and Champagne School of Management (ESC Troyes). Her expertise in education media and events management has been recognized by her peers and colleagues in the industry. Dounia has organized and managed numerous high-profile events in the education sector and is highly regarded for her attention to detail and creative approach. She has also developed content related to the education sector, including profiles of leading educators, thought leadership pieces, and in-depth analyses of the latest trends and developments. In her spare time, Dounia volunteers with nonprofit organizations focused on education and youth development.
